Tulsa Party Packages for Birthdays, Reunions and Company events are done on a case by case basis. We will work with you and try our hardest to put together a package to fit your budget. Prices start at $300 on Party Packages. We have indoor and outdoor packages available. We do not double book!  Ruby Package - Intermediate Wedding Reception: $650

• includes 1 Bose L1 sound system w/4 subwoofers
• Par can LED light system/Four Play LED light system
• 1 Laser light for ceiling/2 LED uplights for Cake table
• wireless microphone for toasts
• timeline layout for reception
• unlimited consultation
• up to 4 hour reception time limit

 
  Emerald Package- Elegant Wedding Reception: $900
      includes 2 Bose L1 sound systems w/4 subwoofers

• Par can LED light system/Four Play LED light system
• QuadGem LED light system/2 Laser lights for ceiling and walls
• Up to 8 LED uplights for walls and or table skirts
• wireless microphone for toasts
• timeline layout for reception
• unlimited consultation
• Ceremony music(if at same location)
• Attendance at rehearsal
• unlimited reception time

                Diamond Package-
     Our most Elegant Wedding Reception: $1250
This is our package for very large Weddings and will be customized for your Wedding and Reception with extra Bose sound systems and extra lighting to make your reception Elegant and Exciting! You get everything in the Emerald Package plus up to 12 uplights for walls and table skirts, 2 extra Laser lights and an HD projector for video or slide show.(with your laptop or my DVD player) This package will work well for 300 guests and we have the ability to add extra speakers for 300 to 500 guests.(additional charge of $250 for extra large system)
